Driver license points for all drivers
The Points System should be required for all drivers. According to Traffic officer Koos Spee of the Bureau of Traffic enforcement.
“The fear that your driving license may be suspended or revoked, is a stick behind the door to control you to obey the rules”. The point drivers license system for novice drivers has been introduced in 2002.
If young drivers with such a drivers license reach to three points, their drivers license will be suspended of revoked.
The Traffic officer called the Driver License Point System a big success. Traffic psychologist Kees Wildervank doubted the usefulness of the point drivers license. According to him there is no prove that there were less traffic victims with the system.
