]]> The Master Classics of Poker, the most important poker tournament of the Benelux, begins this Tuesday in Holland Casino Amsterdam. About three hundred poker players are expected to compete in the most expensive tournament in the Netherlands, according to a spokesman.

The participants need to bring 6200 euros each to compete. That brings the total prize pool of 1.8 million euros. The prize in the tournament contains over half million Euro. Last year Jan Sörensen from Denmark won an amount of 623,000 euros.
