Turkish woman awakes dead hospital to life
Aysel Erdubak bought up the bankrupt “Slotervaart” hospital and transformed the sick organisation to a profitable company. You don’t need grey suites to save a hospital. The Turkish Aysel now makes profit with the almost dead Slotervaart Hospital.
The Slotervaart hospital in Amsterdam had almost completely vanished. Because of tax debts of more then 10 million euro, caused by many years of wrong management. It would have been a big disaster for Amsterdam.
That has been one and a half year ago. Now, spring 2008, the local hospital is on the dry and also breathes independently and makes even profit.
The first ‘ black figures ‘ will be announced soon. The natural business talent Aysel Erbudak, a 40-year-old woman from Turkey, manager of Investment company Meromi rescued the hospital.
It seems as if ‘ the Slotervaart ‘, the first Dutch hospital in private hands has going thru, a refreshing blood transfusion. The employees are very motivated, patients are well taken care of and the hospital is back in business.
